I have decided to add another category to the endometriosis blog! I am always on a mission to find natural alternatives to beauty products and just forget to mention them to help you all find better alternatives! So, herewith the new category: natural beauty!
So, today I am going to share how I get my hair to look like it does. Admittedly, I do have quite short hair, so it is easy to experiment with things like clay… but give it a crack and see how it looks! I was amazed at the difference it made.
More in the video:
What do you use to wash your hair? Have you tried using clay before? Sound strange? Any thoughts? Feel free to share…

Hi Tina,
What did you rinse it with?
I tried a coconut oil rejuvenation which was excellent. Just put the oil in your hair and let it sit for a few hours. Wash and rinse as usual…super silky!
Cheers,
Tina
yeah thanks and I’m gonna try that as you said. Take care and keep it up!
Glad I could help 🙂 I found it works wonders and the first couple of times I actually found it almost too drying. My clay is kinda beige coloured but give it a try – at least you aren’t a blond 🙂
Dear Mel,
Thanks for sharing this nice organic shampoo recipe with us, believe me I was just looking for an alternative natural substitute instead of the conventional shampoos or ayurvedic ones, I wanted it to be home made and here you came as my great saviour. But does it remove the oiliness in the hair and also can I use red clay instead of green clay? I am going to share this nice recipe with my partner who is working on the documentary with me. Wish you lots of health.
