Is Oestrogen Dominance the Trigger for Endometrial Cysts?

Endometrial cysts are what I describe as “little pockets” that the body forms as a way to capture old blood and stuff it doesn’t quite know what to do with. Problem is that those little pockets can burst which is not just incredibly painful but also adds to the “clean-up” the body now needs to make. They go by other names like endo cysts or endometrioma – really hard to pronounce!

One of the theories is that cysts could be forming due to Oestrogen Dominance. Let us explore this together…

Oestrogen Dominance and Endometrial Cysts

Oestrogen Dominance means there is an imbalance in our hormones where there is too much oestrogen and not enough progesterone to counter balance. We ideally want these group of hormones to sit on an even keel with each other. That is when we feel like “normal woman!”. Really, it is when we don’t have excess cyst growth, PMS and other wonderful hormone indicators like funky moods, low energy and skin break-outs.

When there is excess oestrogen in the body, it will naturally lead to more growths. Growths in terms of endometriosis but also endometrial cysts. So, on some level yes oestrogen dominance is a trigger for endometrial cysts. However, I would invite you to explore this a little deeper and ask some fundamental questions: What drives the excess oestrogen in the first place? Why do the Cysts form?

These were the questions I asked myself when supporting my client Diann who suffered with cysts for a number of years. She really wanted to avoid surgery and didn’t feel that it was a long-term solution. Inevitably, the cysts would just grow back.

Other Triggers for Endometrial Cysts Growth

Other factors that could attribute to the endometrial cysts growth and their ongoing growth need to be considered. Personally, I believe hormone imbalance to be a symptom of other things going on in the body.

Some other considerations:

  • Nutritional Deficiency
  • Poor Circulation
  • Poor Lymphatic Flow
  • High toxins

Having personally researched and studies endometrial cysts for some time, I have found a way that can shrink them naturally that I would love to share with you. I developed into an online program to make it easier for you to get all the video demonstrations and information in one place.

We tackle cysts from every possible angle. It is quite fun to explore these natural methods like how to make natural suppositories, using poultices and exploring herbs and tinctures. I would love to invite you to explore my natural options for shrinking cysts. You could even avoid the surgery all together.
