I am very excited to be interviewing Aubree Deimler today and talk about her new book: From Pain to Peace with Endo. It is a fabulous book and shares so many insights on the natural approaches we can all use for Endometriosis.
Aubree and I met through my blog, when it first started. She incorporated much of the advice through my message and other health-related websites and was able to create amazing changes in her body and health. She also started her own blog and message of hope to share with more women with Endometriosis. Through her website, Peace with Endo, she brings specific insights on Endometriosis and the tools she uses to really support her body’s natural healing. I love how she has also made the strong connection with Endometriosis and the emotional struggles she experienced with her family and her life.
What is super awesome is that Aubree has documented her journey through her new book, From Pain to Peace with Endo, and shares so much of the detail of her trials and errors in finding the tools that have really helped her.
In this interview, I have asked Aubree more about her book and insights. They include:
- The 3 key focus points women with Endometriosis should take to feel better;
- Her views on cleansing and if we need it for Endometriosis; and
- What made her write the book and her real motivations for the work she does—I love this one!
Check out the interview and feel free to post any comments for Aubree or me to help you further.
