Colonics: What Are They? Why Should We? Expert Reveals…

Sarah from the Detox Lounge agreed to do a video interview for me all about colonics. It shows what the room looks like and I asked Sarah to explain the benefits, so we can all get motivated to do this!

I reckon it is one of the best and least painful ways of detoxing the body. I also think it should be our first step to heal the body—nutrients get absorbed properly and we flush out all the bad stuff properly too!

Check out the video and let me know if you have any questions or thoughts!

Thank you so much, Sarah, for sharing your knowledge and hopefully it encourages more endo girls to do the colonic! Trust me, girls, it is so beneficial for so many symptoms with endo! You will feel lighter, brighter and cleaner all in one go!

Feel free to ask me any questions, share personal experience or any thoughts!

    Hi Liz,
The pain was not like severe pain. It just felt like Gas really. It would actually really benefit your liver. It goes up the colon and not into the liver. It is very soft and there is no pressure. You can just push it out again when you feel the urge. Yes, the stuff comes out then and there. You may get some later but I didn’t find this.
