I am sure you are always on the lookout for some new and improved pain relief strategies with having endometriosis. These are my new 3 favourites, so give them a try and explore them within your own journey.

Pain Relief #1: Turmeric/Curcumin
This is an amazing anti-inflammatory and will dramatically help you ease pain in the body. It is typically used for sports injuries and joints but I have found some fabulous insights about Curcumin specifically for endometriosis. This stuff actually helps dissolve the endometriosis lesions! Well, the easiest way of getting rid of the endometriosis pain, is of course to get rid of the actual endometriosis which is the reason for the pain in the first place. Ta da… your new best friend is curcumin. Read the study here.

Pain Relief #2: Nigella Seeds/Black Cumin
I typically only share about this fabulous one in my program but hey, the secret got out and it was bursting to do so… so I just let it out. Nigella has cancer fighting properties but also does a bunch of stuff to realign your gut. Yes, it kills off all sorts of parasites, bacteria and Candida. So, Nigella is a dear friend of mine and I am sure you will love her too.

Pain Relief #3: Omega 3 Oil
So, I just can’t do fish oils. You know the ones that give you those lovely fishy burps and went on a mission to find something else that was still environmentally friendly and gave us all the fabulous benefits of fish oil.
