This Must Be the Ultimate Superfood Women with endo! It Is Literally Everything You Need in One!

I had an email from a girl (thanks Keri) who recommended this herb to me. I get heaps of recommendations and the list of supplements and foods to try. Well, with the move and all, I just put these on the back burner until I could get stuff delivered again. However, I think the message of this particular herb needs to come out! It is literally bursting for me to tell you about it!

I also heard about this herb from three different sources and all that I regard quite highly. One being Truth Calkin. He is amazing and knows heaps about herbs and natural healing. Caroline from Endo-Resolved mentioned it on her website: www.endo-resolved.com and from an ayurvedic doctor I know well. I just had to share it!

So, what is it?

I suffer with endometriosis and infertility due to this. Myself and my partner have been ttc for 3 years. Would I benefit from moringa ? I’ve read very mixed reviews in regards to fertility and moringa

I was not aware of importance of moringa until 2014.It was my brother’s funeral at home and to our surprise when we check on Sunday the tree were no longer there but only the stem because people saw it and started to cut it.

    Hi Ladies,

I also struggled with quite a few health issues but have found Moringa Oleifera to be my God sent!
Since I am taking my daily shake in the mornings, I have increased energy, my immune system is increasing, allergy symptoms gone and best of all – my period is almost painless and much shorter than it used to be. Yay!

I am so happy that I found this product. Here is where I buy all of my Moringa stuff in the US (and they now also ship to lots of other places in the world):

I wish all of you a speedy endo recovery or at least a lot less pain!!!

    Hi Vera,
The most important foods you can eat are fruits and vegetables and make that 80% of your diet. The rest of the ingredients are great to aid things and make those more tasty. Moringa leaf is not a drug and will supplement your diet. It depends on your own body honey 🙂 I would give it at least 6months to really give it a chance to rebalance your body 🙂 Hugs.

Hi, how long will i take the moringa leaf to get my healing. Also, most of the food in your food recipes are not in Nigeria, so what do i do?

Not sure what you mean Maryjah. If you are trying to delay a pregnancy or use it as contraception, then it won’t do that.

  8. Maryjah

Can it work for delay in pregnancy?

    Hi Agnes,
I believe you can have the leaves and the pods and just sprinkle over food or have as a tea. You can get in a powder or capsules. Fresh leaves are naturally best.

    Hi there Melissa,

You never said what were you going to use from Meringa. Is it pods, powder, tea or ?capsules? Any feedback at all? Thanks!

    Hi Dianne,
I have tried Barley Grass and struggled to drink it. I don’t know why but I have always struggled with green powders – spirulina, wheat grass etc. I just find they taste really strong. I take them in little cap sized tablets (not encased) now though. I hope Moringa tastes okay. It should be quite easy to find there – it grows wild in Africa and many africans use it daily as a restorative food.
Certainly should be fine to drink together. The Barley Grass is also a brilliant alkaliser 🙂

  14. Dianne

Wow interesting, i will look around for this too. Have you ever taken Barley Grass? It is highly recommended here in South Africa. Seems to have a lot of the same qualities as Moringa. Should be fine to drink together or what do you think?

    Hi Ivana and welcome!
Yes, Dandelion and Nettle are FANTASTIC for us endo girls! Really good for the liver, which is where it all begins 🙂
    Thanks for sharing!

  16. Ivana

Hi, thanks will look into this herb a bit more and see where I can get in Australia.
Wanted to share something with all of you. I have done some ‘research’ online on herbal teas. I was born on the Mediteranean so I remember hearing about benefits of nettle and dandelion teas. I am drinking both and I highly recommend them. Keen to hear your opinion on them.
    cheers
    Ivana
